Adam Sporn joined State Street’s Enhanced Custody business development team in North America in late March. Adam is responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating existing relationships and serving as a product expert in industry affairs. He reports into Jim Bryant, senior managing director, Enhanced Custody.

Adam joins State Street from BNY Mellon where he was Managing Director and Head of Business Development for Borrow Plus, the Bank's Principal Securities Finance program.  He led client-facing activities including sales and relationship management with a focus on hedge funds and liquid alternatives.  Prior to BNY Mellon, Adam spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley in their Securities Lending group where he was responsible for building out incremental supply for their prime brokerage clients through exclusives and enhancement swaps.
