David Weinberger has been appointed Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Management for Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company (PAAMCO).
Weinberger will be working alongside PAAMCO co-founder, Bill Knight, until his retirement at the end of the year when Weinberger will take over Knight’s role. Currently, Knight heads the firm’s manager research and sourcing, identifying and evaluating optimal managers to be included in the PAAMCO portfolio.
Weinberger has held senior roles with O’Connor Partners, Swiss Bank, UBS Investment Bank and Goldman Sachs.
