Dexion Capital plc (Dexion), investment bank, has appointed Tom Skinner as head of research. Robert Peel has also been appointed by the bank to join the corporate finance team.
Following an internal reshuffle, Dexion has created a new product development area, led by Roy Kuo.
Skinner will report to Ana Haurie, Dexion’s Group Managing Director, and Peel will be working with the head of corporate finance, Ravi Anand. In his new appointment, Peel will be working on both closed-end investment funds and M&A transactions focused on the investment management industry.
Skinner joins the bank from his role as a senior research analyst at J.P. Morgan. Peel previously worked for the investment trusts team at Winterflood Securities Ltd.
