Eisso VanderMeulen joins Newedge as part of the Newedge Prime Brokerage Origination & Structuring team, reporting to Jonathan Gane, Head of Origination and Structuring, Americas in conjunction with Andy Waterworth, Head of Fixed Income and Currency Strategies in London. Based in New York, VanderMeulen will focus on developing the FX Prime Brokerage component as part of the overall multi-asset class, multi-instrument Prime Brokerage offering.
Previously, Eisso worked at RJ O’Brien where he built the FX clearing and execution platform. Eisso started banking in 1989 in commercial lending and in 1993 Eisso joined ABN AMRO as a Relationship Manager in the financial institutions group, covering insurance and asset managers. In 1996, Eisso moved to Chicago as the Head of Trading Floor Credit and in 1999 Eisso joined ABN's FX-PB team. From 2000 to 2008 Eisso was head of FX Prime Brokerage, managing all aspects of the business.
Eisso has been a regular contributor to, and panelist on, FX industry publications and conferences.
