International offshore law firm Harneys has boosted its finance and corporate departments in London with a new hire.
Simon Hudd is a BVI lawyer across both corporate and finance transactions, and joins from another law firm where he was an integral part of their BVI law practice. Hudd also practices Cayman law.
Hudd’s practice involves the full range of corporate transactions including M&A, dispositions, strategic joint ventures, takeovers, international stock exchange listings, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, as well as structured and asset finance, project and acquisition finance, Islamic Finance, and capital markets.
