Amber Partners will provide operational advice, specifically for early stage hedge fund managers. Amber's operational due diligence “ODD” roadmap review details findings from an operations review of a fund and highlights weaknesses, risks and practical recommendations across six areas of evaluation - Manager Overview; Fund Structure; Governance and Oversight; Custody of Assets and Trading Relationships; Trading, Operations and Accounting; and Valuation.
