HedgeDirector has announced the addition of a new member to its team of independent hedge fund directors based around the globe. Robert Meschi, located in New York, becomes the latest person to join this expanding firm. Meschi has a background in financial journalism and over 14 years’ experience in the fund of funds industry, previously holding senior roles at Ivy Asset Management and Sciens Hedge Fund Management.
With the addition of Meschi, HedgeDirector strengthens the Fund-of-Fund experience within the group. HedgeDirector’s current team is variously located in Italy, Ireland, USA, UK, Switzerland and Malta with investment experience across a range of hedge fund strategies and fund of fund models.
Kevin Ryan, the firm’s founder says “Bob is a great addition to the team, he has an extensive background in hedge fund investing, but also has wide-ranging experience in the structuring of alternative funds across different legal jurisdictions”.
