Natixis Global Associates adds to UK Sales Team

Natixis Global Associates has announced the appointments of Derek Brander and Will Fox-Robinson to the London-based sales team.

Over the course of 2010, Natixis Global Associates set out to substantially increase its presence in the UK and within the international consultants arena. With dedicated specialists focusing on specific market segments we are now in an excellent position to leverage existing relationships and business successes and to bring NGA’s broad range of sophisticated investment solutions to an even wider audience,” commented Terry Mellish, head of UK/Ireland business and global and UK consultant relations.

Brander, director of UK Wholesale business development, joins Lucy Johnstone, director of Consultant Relations, Katie Lam, UK Consultant Relations analyst, and Euan MacLaren, director of UK Institutional business development. Brander previously worked with GLG Partners/ Société Générale Asset Management where he oversaw client relations for private banks, family offices and IFAs in the UK and Channel Islands. Prior to that, he was with Aegon Asset Management focusing on funds of funds, private banks and stock brokers. He held several sales and client servicing positions at Colonial First State Investments before.

Fox-Robinson, UK Institutional sales executive, is responsible for further leveraging NGA’s institutional sales effort and reports to Euan MacLaren. Fox-Robinson was previously with Fidelity International where he was senior manager EMEA Institutional Sales/Marketing and responsible for growing the Sovereign Wealth Fund business in Norway and the Middle East. He previously worked in UK sales at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
