Hume Capital LLP announced last week that it has acquired Syndicate Asset Management (CI) Ltd (Syndicate CI), the offshore fund management arm of Syndicate Asset Management Plc. Syndicate CI is the manager of the US$ 370mn Zenith International range of funds.
