Beach Horizon has announced the appointment of Alex Fraser as Head of Business Development. Previous positions include Business Development Manager Asia Pacific ex Japan at Winton Capital Management and Senior Researcher at International Asset Management, a London based Fund of Hedge Funds firm. Prior to that she was a chartered accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Transaction Services team.

Fraser joins Beach Horizon's marketing sales team to help develop new business relationships globally with initial focus in Asia. Fraser joins a team that includes Ed Sutro and Rich Ewan (previously from Man AHL) based in Chicago.

David Beach commenting on the appointment said "We are delighted that Alex could join us. She brings a wealth of experience and will help to expand our global coverage, particularly in the far east."

Beach Horizon's assets under management have doubled each year for the past 3 years and currently stands at $516m.
