Amber Partners has announced that Peter Seuffert has joined Amber Partners as a Managing Director. Based in Amber’s New York offices, Seuffert’s role includes leading the delivery of Amber’s Operational Certification and Investor Due Diligence services globally, and business development.
Prior to joining Amber, Seuffert was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at New York based hedge fund Wesley Capital Management, LLC where he oversaw the trading, operations, legal, compliance, and investor due diligence activities. Prior to that, Seuffert worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. for seven years within Global Securities Services as a member of their Consulting Services Team, assisting both start-up and existing hedge fund managers on all aspects of organizational structure, IT infrastructure, and operational processes. In addition, he performed operational risk assessments for their hedge fund clients. He joined Goldman Sachs & Co. from Tiger Management, LLC, where he spent eight years working in a variety of roles as a risk manager, equity derivatives trader, and performance analyst.
