Specialist law firm to the hedge fund industry, D. Harris & Co. International Ltd. has today announced that it is to open an office in Monaco. It will initially be staffed by Andrew Campbell, a senior lawyer from DHCI’s swaps and prime brokerage team.
DHCI has opened an office in Monaco to meet demand in the Principality from senior hedge fund managers looking for complex English legal advice in situ. The new office follows DHCI’s move into Switzerland earlier this year and sits alongside its office in London.
DHCI serves hedge fund clients with assets under management of several hundred billion dollars. The firm advises some of the world’s largest and most recognised hedge funds on their trading activities including advising on complex credit, equity, fixed income, FX, interest rate, inflation, relative value and volatility swap trades, prime brokerage and synthetic financing.
