Dalton Strategic appoints new Advisor

10 Nov 2010
Dalton Strategic Partnership has appointed Richard Nunneley as an advisor. Based in London, Nunneley has over 30 years’ of experience in the asset management industry.

Nunneley will team up with a number of his former colleagues from Mercury Asset Management at DSP. He held the position of director at MAM and brings with him the same onservative values he learnt there alongside DSP founder and CIO Andrew Dalton.

Nunneley’s role at DSP is to promote the Global Asset Allocation service and fund range to high net worth individuals, charities and small pension funds in the UK.

Richard has a special knowledge of the charity sector having served as the Chairman or Trustee of a number of national causes and at the same time, has managed money for some equally well known ones. He is also currently honorary treasurer for Combat Stress, a mental welfare society in the UK that helps ex-service personnel suffering from psychological injuries and mental health problems.

Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Dalton, Partner at DSP, said: “Richard’s appointment reflects DSP’s strategy and commitment to attracting and retaining the best talent on behalf of our clients, I have known him for many years since our time spent at MAM and therefore know very well the range of qualities that he will bring to our firm.

“Our global asset allocation programme lies at the heart of what we do at Dalton Strategic Partnership. It is an extremely undervalued skill considering the cyclical nature of markets and we believe that Richard will be invaluable in getting that message across to potential investors.”
