Scott Wilson, CEO of The IMS Group, announced the re-organisation by saying: “With the development of our business over the past few years it was clear that we had outgrown our identity solely as a compliance consultancy, especially as some of our other services are now substantial businesses in their own right. The IMS Group better reflects the much broader range of business support and consulting services we now offer. Our commitment is to continue the development of new service offerings for our clients whilst delivering the high standards of service with which the IMS brand is associated.”
