Hermes BPK Partners has announced the appointment of Pawel Kisielewski as a Partner to drive its business development strategy.
Kisielewski joins Hermes from Caliburn Capital Partners, where as a partner and a member of the Management Committee he led the client development activity for the past four years. Prior to Caliburn, he was predominantly responsible for institutional equity sales; last at Merrill Lynch where for six years he created and ran the Global Technology sales team covering both long only and absolute return fund management clients within the European market. Before joining Merrill Lynch in 1999, Kisielewski was head of Deutsche Bank Securities' London based Pan-European equity sales team. In 1990, he joined Credit Suisse First Boston where he jointly led the sales and marketing team for the new equity markets of emerging Europe as well as the core Pan-European equity product.
