JP Morgan AM adds to Global Equities Team

J.P. Morgan Asset Management has announced the appointment of Neil Gregson to its Global Equities Team.

In his new role Gregson will be working closely with Ian Henderson and the global team of natural resources analysts. Gregson joins from CQS Asset Management where he was previously a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the Long-Only Business, with particular focus on the natural resources sector.

Prior to his role at CQS Asset Management, Gregson was head of Emerging Markets and related Sector Funds at Credit Suisse Asset Management, responsible for over $6 billion in assets under management. Gregson has extensive experience in the natural resources sector and during his 19 years at Credit Suisse Asset Management managed gold and resource equity funds with an impressive long term track record. After qualifying as a Mining Engineer, Gregson began his career holding various positions at mining and resource companies, including a role as a mining investment analyst at South African company Gold Fields.
