The recent roll out of Standard Life’s upgraded online fund centre, Investment Choice Centre, has received positive feedback from both brokers and customers alike due to the additional investment choices and functionalities made available. The online platform for Standard Life’s investment-linked assurances schemes was engineered by fund distributor, Financial Express.

Financial Express designed and launched the fund centre in June 2010 that allows Standard Life’s brokers in Hong Kong to access the platform and produce tailor made investment portfolios for its individual customers, depending on their investment needs and risk requirements.

Access to the platform to the public, customer and broker has been granted under separate logins so that both the public and customers can review funds available, whereas brokers can access a more in-depth analysis on the data.

Although Financial Express can provide information of over 2,000 mutual funds in Hong Kong and many thousands offshore, Financial Express has worked with Standard Life to provide its Independent Financial Advisors with a choice of 180 funds which are now available on Standard Life’s ILAS fund platform.
