Veritas Asset Management has announced the appointment of Ross Ciesla as Senior Private Client Director of its private client business in the UK.

Ciesla joins Veritas from Newton Investment Management where he has worked since 1998, most recently in the position of Portfolio Manager in their Private Investment Management Department. His expertise lies in global equity and fixed interest stocks across a wide client base of institutional, private unit trust, onshore pensions and private client and trust portfolios.

Ciesla will start at Veritas towards the end of the year.
