Armstrong adds to Multi-Asset Investment Team

Armstrong Investment Managers has hired James de Bunsen to join their investment team with a focus on investment selection and manager due diligence. It is intended de Bunsen will become a partner of AIM and has joined from Insight Investment, where he was an analyst in their multi-asset group.

Patrick Armstrong commented: “We have worked with James since he joined Insight in 2005 and we are very happy to be working with him again. James will play a key role in investment selection across all of our strategies.”

Armstrong has also announced the appointment of Brendan Gallagher to its Business Development Team. Gallagher has joined from Insight Investment, where he worked in their European Business development team.

Gideon Nell, Head of Originations said: “I have worked with Brendan since he joined Insight in 2005 and we are very happy to be working with him again. Brendan will play a key role in expanding our distribution capabilities, and aid in servicing existing clients."

Armstrong recently partnered with the Federation of European Independent Financial Advisers (FEIFA).
