AXA Investment Managers has announced the appointment of Nick Hayes as a Portfolio Manager in AXA Fixed Income.
Reporting to Chris Iggo, Chief Investment Officer, AXA Fixed Income, Nick started in the newly created role on 7 June and is based in London. He has taken over responsibility for the AXA Sterling Strategic Bond Fund and will contribute to the global credit process.
Previously, Nick was at New Star / Henderson New Star where he had been a senior Fund Manager in the New Star Fixed Interest team since 2003. Prior to joining New Star in May 2002, Nick worked at WPP Group. Nick has a BA Honours degree in French and Spanish from Trinity College, Dublin.
