BNP Paribas Investment Partners has announced the appointment of Michael Gordon as CIO Equity for BNP Paribas Asset Management . Michael will report to Christian Dargnat, CIO of Multi-Expertise Investment Centre and CEO BNPP AM.
Michael Gordon, an Australian national, has over ten years’ investment experience and will be based in London. He joins from Fidelity Investments International, where his last position was Global Head of Institutional Investment. His previous positions at Fidelity include, Global Chief Investment Officer, Asian Chief Investment Officer and Acting Head of Fixed Income. Prior to Fidelity, Michael worked for various investment firms including Schroder Investment Management Australia and Wardley Investment Services International Ltd.
