Eaton Vance Corp. has announced that Pepijn Heins has joined the firm as Business Development Director of Eaton Vance Management International. In this role, Mr. Heins will be responsible for business development and management of key institutional relationships in Northern Europe. He will report to Niall Quinn, managing director of Eaton Vance Management International.
Mr. Heins joins Eaton Vance Management International from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, London, where he served most recently as executive director, institutional business development. He was responsible for sales and marketing for a comprehensive platform of products and strategies and relationship management to clients in the Benelux region. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2001, he was marketing manager at WM Company in Amsterdam. Pepijn started his career in the institutional relationship management team at KAS Bank in Amsterdam.
Mr. Heins earned an MSc in economics from Maastricht University, Netherlands, and a BBA in business administration from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands.
“Pepijn’s deep experience in the Dutch and UK pension markets and his product management expertise are invaluable assets as we look to build on Eaton Vance’s growth in the European institutional market,” said Mr. Quinn.
