Future Capital Partners, the £6 billion alternative investment boutique, has reinforced its commitment to sustainable growth with the appointment of Kirsty Saxby as HR Director.
FCP has invested heavily in new staff over the past six months and now has a team of 54 across all divisions. Notable recent hires include Trevor Castledine as Chief Operating Officer and Piers Denne as Head of Sales & Marketing. The firm is continuing to invest in new staff and further announcements are expected imminently. Kirsty’s appointment underlines FCP’s commitment to organisational growth and investment in staff.
Kirsty will work alongside senior management to ensure that FCP’s growth is managed smoothly and sustainably; she will report to Trevor Castledine.
Kirsty brings a wealth of human resources experience, having previously worked in HR across a range of business areas at Lloyds TSB since September 1999. Most recently, Kirsty was Senior HR Business Partner, responsible for HR strategy and processes in the Savings, Investment and Protection department. She also led an Organisational Development strategy to create the new S, I&P business, building on the foundations of the existing structures of LTSB & HBOS and identifying opportunities to maximise the effectiveness of the new unit.

Recruitment of new people is a very necessary step to build on our success and to offer new products and services to our customers. It’s important to make sure that we invest in all of our staff, both existing and new and Kirsty will make sure that HR best practice is applied across the firm, providing us with the platform to ensure that FCP remains a great place to work.”
